1. Hand Wash is Always Best

Whenever possible, hand washing is the gentlest and most effective method. Here’s how:

Fill a basin with lukewarm water
Add a mild detergent (avoid bleach or harsh chemicals)
Soak your bra for 10–15 minutes
Gently swirl and rub any areas that need extra cleaning
Rinse thoroughly with clean water

Never wring or twist your bras — gently press the water out using a clean towel.

2. If You Must Use a Washing Machine…
