At MyMilari, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. All orders are shipped using trusted courier services integrated through BitEship.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all regions within Indonesia. Our system will automatically determine the available shipping options based on your delivery address at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping across Indonesia for orders with a minimum purchase of Rp 500.000. The free shipping promotion is applied automatically at checkout if your cart meets the requirement and you select an eligible regular shipping method.

This free shipping policy does not apply to instant or same-day courier options. If you choose an instant delivery service (such as Grab or Gojek), the shipping fee will be fully borne by the customer, regardless of the order value.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier you select during checkout. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the courier and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or regional logistics conditions.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been packed and shipped.
